WEDNESDAY UPDATES: Boone County reports 57th COVID-19 related death
The state health department reported a record breaking rise in COVID-19 cases on Saturday.
Columbia/Boone County Department of Public Health and Human Services is reporting one new coronavirus related death.
Officials say one individual was in the 80+ age group. That makes 57 total deaths since March.
The health department is reporting 117 new COVID-19 cases for Tuesday.
The dashboard is currently reporting 780 active cases, a 40 case increase from Monday.
The county now has a reported total number of COVID-19 cases of 13,705 since March.
The county has reported the total number of cases removed from isolation is 12,868, an increase of 76 cases.
Victim from deadly Florence house fire identified

FLORENCE, Ky. (FOX19) - The person found dead when crews responded to a house fire in Florence early Thursday has been identified.
Cull Embry, 90, was identified by the Boone County Coroner as the person killed in the house fire on Cayton Road.
Firefighters arrived around 8:30 a.m. at the 1400 block of Cayton Road and were told the fire was coming from the basement of the home, according to Florence fire officials.
Responding crews were also told a person was trapped inside the home. Firefighters managed to get to the basement where they found Embry in a bedroom, officials said.
TUESDAY UPDATES: Moniteau County Health Center reports 17th COVID-19 related death
Moniteau County Health Center is reporting the death of a resident in their 60 s with COVID-19.
This is the 17th death in the county since March due to COVID-19.
According to the health center, there are 65 active cases in the county and 1,561 overall.
The county is reporting four residents to continue to be hospitalized and a total of 1,479 residents have recovered from coronavirus.
The county dashboard has shown cases in the past seven days account for five percent of all cases.
The health center is reporting 158 new cases this month so far, which is on pace to be the lowest case total since September.
WEDNESDAY UPDATES: Montgomery County reports two new COVID-19 related death since last week
Montgomery County Health Department reported the 19th and 20th COVID-19 related death in their weekly update.
Currently, the health department reports active cases remains at 76 cases, the same as last Wednesday.
The county has reported an increase of 65 cases in the last seven days, making a total of 733 total cases since March.
The department reports 63 new recoveries, bringing the total to 637 recoveries.
Boone County reports 124 new cases; active cases back above 900
Columbia/Boone County Department of Public Health and Human Services is reporting 124 new active cases, an increase of 44 cases from Tuesday. This is the first triple digit increase since Sunday.
