The decision on approving or rejecting a large apartment block in Nottingham has been pushed back by planning council members.

⢠Aschelle Renee Abernathy, 42, of 2511 Chapman Highway in Sevierville, was charged May 23 with public intoxication. She was released.
⢠Candra Layne Baker, 34, of 1073 E. Madison Drive in Sevierville, was charged May 22 with domestic assault and assault. She was released on $3,500 bond.
⢠Matthew Houston Boling, 37, of 1642 Walker Trail in Sevierville, was charged May 23 with driving on a revoked license, simple possession, financial responsibility, violation of probation. He was being held in lieu of $3,000 bond.

⢠Peggy Ann Brackins, 32, of 3779 Tinker Hollow Road in Pigeon Forge, was charged Feb. 27 with DUI, implied consent, and driving on a suspended license. She was being held in lieu of $2,500 bond.
⢠Krystal Burns, 23, of Strawberry Plains, was charged Feb. 28 with aggravated domestic assault. She was being held in lieu of $15,000 bond.
