Pyotr Tsaytak, 67, of the 0-100 block of Hawley Street, Grayslake, is accused of having a warrant for retail theft, and was arrested Feb. 22 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. His bond was set at $20,000 and he was assigned a court date of March 22.

A vulnerable victim says she struggles to sleep at night after suffering a brutal attack outside a Derbyshire pub.
Southern Derbyshire Magistrates court how Anne Marie Mettam was found guilty of carrying out an unprovoked assault on the victim, outside a public house in Chesterfield.
The hearing revealed how the 36-year-old defendant had been heard arguing with a man before she walked up to the victim, hit her in the face, grabbed her woolly hat and ran away.
