Over 30,000 Kashmiri Pandits Apply For 2,000 Govt Jobs Allocated To Them Under PMâs Package

Under Prime Minister Narendra Modiâs package for Jammu and Kashmir, over 30,000 Kashmiri Pandits have applied for around 2,000 re-allocated government jobs, reports
The Economic Times.
Provision of 6,000 jobs for youth and provision of 6,000 accommodation units for the recruited employees are the two major components of the prime minister s package for Kashmiri Pandit migrants. As regards to the jobs, out of 6,000 posts, 3,841 candidates have already been selected and appointed in various departments. The remaining 2,000-odd posts have been referred to J&K Service Selection Board (JKSSB), a relief and rehabilitation department spokesperson said.
Memorial Scholarship honors Wildlife Officer Larry A. Hart

EATON The Larry A. Hart Memorial Scholarship Committee is pleased to announce they are accepting applications for the Larry A. Hart Memorial Scholarship. This scholarship is funded by the Ohio Wildlife Officers’ Lodge 143 of the Fraternal Order of Police and Twin Valley Rod and Gun Club of Preble County.
Larry A. Hart was a thirty-year veteran of the Ohio Division of Wildlife. For most of his career, Larry served as a wildlife officer assigned to Preble County. Later, he worked as a Wildlife Officer/Field Supervisor in southwest Ohio. The legacy of integrity and commitment to Wildlife Management and Law Enforcement set by Officer Hart is still remembered by those in the communities he served, and serves as the gold standard today’s young officers strive to attain.
A lifetime of service to the community ended on Jan. 1, 2021 with the passing of William Michael “Mike” Coppage. Mike is preceded in death by his parents, Rose Eileen and George William Coppage. He is survived by his loving wife Judy and her children, daughter Joy Lawley, son Jason Lawley, granddaughter Julia Brown, and grandsons Mason Lawley and Braden Lawley, whom he loved very much. He is also survived by his sister Janet Buchannan (James) and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mike was a lifelong resident of the Birmingham area. He was a graduate of Woodlawn High School and attended Jacksonville State University.
