FT. SILL, Okla. (TNN) - Fort Sillâs 434th Field Artillery Brigade named their Drill Sergeant of the Year Friday.
Drill Sergeant Matthew Dunbar was named the winner and Drill Sergeant Brett McGillivray was named runner-up.
The 434th Field Artilleryâs Brigade commander Colonel Dan Blackmon told 7News a little about the winners and what theyâll be doing next.

KAISERSLAUTERN, Germany The coronavirus is in retreat in Germany, top health officials said Friday, even as they warned that it could resurge again if people let down their guard too soon and businesses reopen too quickly. “The third wave seems to be broken,” Health Minister Jens Spahn told reporters in Berlin. “Infection numbers are going down again, but are still at a high level. And they are not going down equally fast everywhere.”
