WWE Champion Drew McIntyre and WWE Hall of Famer Bill Goldberg are returning to RAW for next Monday’s Royal Rumble go-home show.
WWE confirmed during tonight’s RAW that the two top stars will be back for next week’s show. Next Monday’s RAW will be the final red brand show before Goldberg and McIntyre meet for the title at the Royal Rumble pay-per-view on January 31.
McIntyre has been off RAW for the past two weeks after testing positive for COVID-19. Like last week, McIntyre did appear on tonight’s show via pre-recorded message from his home. McIntyre noted tonight that he is feeling better from the initial coronavirus diagnosis, and will be back next week.

On this week s episode of The New Day s Feel the Power podcast, Kofi Kingston detailed when he suffered his jaw injury.
Kingston spoke about the injury while discussing the difference in adrenaline when wrestling without fans in the building:
So going back to when I had injured my jaw, I got kneed in the face by Cedric Alexander like three weeks ago. And a couple of my teeth chipped. It was all fine it was cool. And the point of impact was just real sore. I thought okay it’s a bruise or whatever. The next week we actually had like a six-man match and everything was fine. A little pain but not terrible.

Randy Orton To Be Removed From The WWE Royal Rumble Match?, Cesaro Set For The Rumble
Cesaro is now official for the WWE Royal Rumble.
Tonight’s SmackDown on FOX saw Cesaro declare his spot for the Men’s Royal Rumble Match. He later picked up a singles win over Daniel Bryan, who is also in the Rumble Match.
There are now 22 open spots for the 30-Man Rumble Match. Cesaro joins Bryan, WWE United States Champion Bobby Lashley, AJ Styles, Randy Orton, Otis, The Miz, and Jey Uso as confirmed participants.
On a related note, there’s now speculation on Randy Orton’s spot in the 30-Man Rumble Match.
