A 30-year-old man, who crashed a moped in to a minivan in Boston on Friday night, has died from injuries sustained in the incident, Massachusetts State Police said on Monday. Joseph Pielmeier, who police said has active addresses in Virginia, Boston and Somerville, died from his injuries Sunday that he sustained during a crash in the Forest Hills section of Boston on Friday. Police said Pielmeier caused the crash and no charges will be filed against the driver of the minivan.

A 37-year-old man was airlifted to a Boston hospital for treatment of serious injuries and a 60-year-old Salisbury woman has been charged with drunken driving in connection with the incident just before 5, this afternoon. According to Haverhill Police, an unidentified motorcyclist and a pickup truck driven by Martha Iannazzo, collided on the onramp from River Street, Routes 110/113, northbound onramp to I-495. Haverhill Police and Fire and Trinity EMS provided emergency aid. The motorcyclist was taken to nearby Westgate Center for to be MedFlighted to Boston, according to a statement from Interim Capt. Meaghan J. Paré.

22-year old Billerica woman dead after struck on highway

Wicked Local Madeleine E. Fox, 22, of Billerica was pronounced dead on scene after Massachusetts State Police were called to investigate a body reported on the highway just prior to Exit 32, Route 93 northbound in Medford.  According to Dave Procopio, director of media communications for the State Police, The investigation into the facts and circumstances of the crash, including the identity of the driver who struck and whether or not charges are warranted, is ongoing. Procopio wrote, Responding troopers and EMS personnel located the victim, a 22-year-old female, and determined she was deceased. Hadley man identified as victim of Belmont truck crash Updated Mar 05, 2021; A Hadley man has been identified as the victim of a truck roll-over crash in Belmont early Thursday morning. The Middlesex District Attorney’s Office said Fabustino Soto, 44, died at the scene of the crash at about 2:50 a.m. Thursday in downtown Belmont. Soto, who worked for Chang Farms in Whatley, was delivering fresh produce at the time of the incident. Belmont firefighters responded to the scene to extricate Soto from the wreckage but found him to be deceased as they worked on the 25-foot box truck. The truck had rolled over onto the driver’s side of the vehicle in the crash.
