ORDER ON WAIVER REQUESTS
INTRODUCTION
On February 10, 2021, Alle-Catt Wind Energy LLC (ACWE) filed an application (Application) for a Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need (Certificate) pursuant to Article VII of the Public Service Law (PSL). If granted, the Certificate would authorize ACWE to construct, operate, and maintain a new overhead 345 kV electric transmission line and associated equipment (Transmission Facility) located in the towns of Freedom and Yorkshire in Cattaraugus County. NOTICE OF MEETING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the New York State Board on Electric Generation Siting and the Environment (Siting Board) will convene at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 26, 2021, for a teleconference meeting that will be webcast from Albany, New York. The purpose of the Siting Board meeting is to consider a petition requesting an amendment to the Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need for the Cassadaga Wind Energy Project, filed in this proceeding.
