The weather is lining up which means you may want to make sure you are outside at dawn tomorrow morning (Thursday, June 10). According to a New York Upstate story, 5:40am will be peak eclipse viewing time with more than three-quarters of the sun being blocked by the moon. This is called a sunrise eclipse that will wrap by 6:30 and viewing conditions should be favorable in a spot where you get a clear shot of the horizon.
Now if you plan on viewing the eclipse, DO NOT look at it without protective glasses. You could seriously hurt your eyes!
