A team of elders from the Woodstock Church of Christ in Georgia who threatened to expel one of their members after she divorced her husband and made her new lesbian relationship public are now coming under fire online for trying to live according to their religious beliefs.
On Sunday, the church member, Krystal Cox, published a letter on Instagram dated April 1. In the document, Woodstock Church of Christ Elders Rick Reynolds, Gary Kyle, Don Williams and Eric Dotson explain how they have tried to reason with her about going against the church’s teachings on sexuality since last December.

A pop up vaccine clinic set up at a church in Lee has proved to be a massive hit, and has been called friendly, personalised and trustworthy. The New Testament Church of God in Lee opened as a pop up vaccine centre on Saturday, March 27, run by NHS staff and volunteers. Around 180 people were vaccinated at the clinic in Lewisham, which was held for members of the congregation and the local, eligible community. The pop up clinic has since been heavily praised by users and directors alike, particularly for encouraging those in sections of the local population where vaccine uptake has struggled to go and get their jab.

If so, we signed cards acknowledging our attendance, passed them in, and received a form of credit.
