Flooded roads around Singapore
A video showing vehicles driving on flooded roads was posted onto SG Road Vigilante s Facebook page.
According to the post, the flooded areas were at Bukit Timah, Dunearn, and Orchard Road.
Another video of a flooded road in Queenstown was uploaded onto Complaint Singapore s Facebook page.
PUB issued flood warnings
Singapore s national water agency PUB has been issuing flood warnings and updates on its social media pages since 12:30pm on Apr. 17.
PUB stated that heavy rain was expected over many areas in Singapore from 12:45pm to 3pm.
PUB also listed a number of places that saw water levels in drains and canals reaching 90 per cent, meaning that those areas could potentially experience floods.

One Mohamed Azmi posted about his experience in a public Facebook group, Complaint Singapore, on Apr. 10.

Azmi then called the customer, informing them to seek a refund from foodpanda s customer support.
However, the foodpanda support centre staff claimed that while they were able to cancel the order for the customer, they were unable to offer a refund as the restaurant has already accepted it and started preparing it .

A woman took to social media alleging that the Member of Parliament (MP) of her area asked her to move out of her house after she complained about a neighbour harassing her.
Aisha Malik Farhaan wrote on the popular Facebook page Complaint Singapore that she was sharing her post because she was unsure from whom to seek help since her neighbour was harassing her.
She added that not only had she gone to see the MP of Tampines, she had also called the Tampines Town Council, NEA and the HDB.
She wrote: “My neighbour has some personal issues I don’t know for what reason? He daily throws/litters outside my door.”
