Nashville Predators fans gathered in throngs Thursday night as the team faced elimination in Game 6 of the first round of the Stanley Cup playoffs.
An air of excitement, as well as nerves, could be felt as hundreds filled the Music City Walk of Fame Park for the team s outdoor viewing party.
The outdoor party has become part of the tradition for a Predators playoff game. It s a free event put on by Nashville Convention and Visitors Corp., where fans can gather with lawn chairs and blankets to watch the game on a big-screen TV. The parties were brought back after a year off because of COVID-19.
