This August, Shreveport s comic con, Geek d Con is back on the schedule. We had to unfortunately miss the 2020 show due to the COVID pandemic restrictions around the state. But the show is back on for 2021, with a return set for August 13th-15th at the Shreveport Convention Center.
Before the pandemic, Geek d Con had become one of the biggest pop culture events in the region. With guests like Michael Rooker, LeVar Burton, Elvira, Peter Mayhew, Chris Sarandon, and more.
For 2021, the lineup is pretty strong for a comeback year after having to miss a show. Headlined by Rock & Roll Hall of Fame member Alice Cooper, the lineup also includes Jason Mewes, Emily Swallow, and a ton more.
