Talking about the changes he made, he said, âThe premise is the same. The same thing happens in Israel, as happens in New Orleans at the beginning of the show. But I made a very early choice, which is when Liz Glotzer, the producer, called me and told me the premise, the idea is this simple thing: what would you do or not do to protect your child? She told me the circumstances particular to this story.â
