Vanessa has more than 20 years’ experience in investor relations and equity research in Australia, Canada and the UK. She has managed end-to-end investor and media relations programs for public companies in sectors such as technology, wealth management and insurance. Vanessa joins Citadel-Magnus after most recently holding senior investor relations roles at Steadfast and Clearview. Her experience includes shareholder activism defence, M&A and numerous capital raisings for acquisitions.
AMP and Ares Management Corporation Announce Intention to Pursue Joint Venture Partnership for AMP Capital’s Private Markets Businesses

SYDNEY & NEW YORK (BUSINESS WIRE) AMP Limited (“AMP”) and Ares Management Corporation (NYSE: ARES) (“Ares”) today announced that they have entered into a non-binding Heads of Agreement to pursue the formation of a joint venture for AMP Capital’s private markets businesses of infrastructure equity and infrastructure debt, real estate and other minority investments (“Private Markets”).
Under the proposed transaction, Ares would acquire 60 per cent of Private Markets and assume management control, with AMP retaining 40 per cent. AMP and Ares will enter into a 30-day period of exclusivity, to work towards a binding transaction.

Rothschild & Co are acting as lead financial adviser. Credit Suisse are financial advisers to the Affiliated Transaction Committee (ATC) of the Board of Directors of CCEP. Macquarie Capital is also acting as a financial adviser to CCEP in connection with the transaction.
Slaughter and May and Corrs Chambers Westgarth are acting as legal counsel to CCEP.
