Just as it stands, Saints and Soldiers could have been made in 1948. That is not a bad thing. Deputy Chief Justice Raymond Zondo says the Gupta brothers do not have to testify before the commission of inquiry into state capture.

The commission is preparing to conclude its work in 2021 and the testimony of the Guptas is not included.
At this stage, I don t expect the Guptas will come back to South Africa and certainly not while the commission is ongoing,” said Zondo.
