(WILX) - As a part of the East Lansing Downtown Development Authority’s (DDA) “Daytime. Nighttime. Anytime. Place Project” (Place Project), the DDA and Eli and Edythe Broad Art Museum at Michigan State University (MSU Broad Art Museum) have partnered to bring the museum experience outdoors in downtown East Lansing. Several reproductions of artworks from the MSU Broad Art Museum’s permanent collection now line the Place Project’s public space activation along Albert Avenue, adjacent to the north side of the Division Street Garage, 181 Division St.

Photo by Annie Barker | The State News In order to help promote East Lansing business, the East Lansing Downtown Development Authority (DDA) has launched a TikTok challenge. This challenge is a part of the “Daytime. Nighttime. Anytime. Place Project,” according to a Jan. 25 release. Within the TikTok challenge, contestants are supposed to film themselves doing a dance in front of a downtown East Lansing business or landmark. The choreographed dance is part of the first portion of the video, and the second portion consists of contestants improvising.
