Teenage Mercedes driver legged it after failing breath test A TEENAGER who legged it after police pulled him over on suspicion of drink driving in the early hours of New Year s Day has been given the chance to put his silly decision behind him. Teesside Crown Court heard how Nathan Roxby was stopped while driving his Mercedes in Middlesbrough town centre at around 3.30am. A roadside breath test showed the 19-year-old was over the legal limit for drink driving but while he was sitting in the rear of the police car he took the decision to runaway when the officer was locking his Mercedes for him.
