Warren Law Director Enzo Cantalamessa hammers a no-trespassing sign on the main entrance of the Premier Bar on Wednesday as it was determined to be a nuisance. Residents have been complaining about noise, fights and other issues for four years.
WARREN The Premier Bar, 2261 N. Park Ave., was closed and boarded up Wednesday afternoon after it was deemed a public nuisance and the city obtained a temporary restraining order from Trumbull County Common Pleas Judge Peter Kontos.
The city will return to court Tuesday to seek a preliminary and permanent injunction against the establishment.

WARREN A 42-year-old man who faced three counts of child endangering pleaded guilty to a single count.
Jason Gibson awaits completion of a presentence investigation to learn his fate.
Gibson, along with his girlfriend, Ashley York, 33, of 3583 Austin Road, Geneva, were charged with multiple counts of child endangering based on reports they did not properly feed and clothe a child under 6, and locked him outside of a Kinsman area home.
Gibson and York were arrested in June. Each was assigned a $100,000 bond. York was released on bond July 24, according to Trumbull County Sheriff’s office records. Gibson has been in Trumbull County jail since his arrest.
