ACC Announces Kickoff Times for First Three Weeks
Included below is a release from the ACC formally announcing kickoff times for the first three weeks of the 2021 football season. In addition to Clemson’s previously announced 7:30 p.m. game against Georgia on ABC on Sept. 4, Clemson will host South Carolina State at 5 p.m. on Sept. 11 on ACC Network and welcome Georgia Tech at 3:30 p.m. on Sept. 18 on either ABC or ESPN.
In addition, the ACC confirmed that Clemson’s road game at Syracuse on Friday, Oct. 15 will kick off at 7 p.m. on ESPN.
GREENSBORO, N.C. (theACC.com) – The Atlantic Coast Conference and its television partners announced the kickoff times and networks for all ACC controlled contests during the first three weeks of the 2021 football season Thursday.

Those are just a couple reasons why organizers are preparing for sellout attendance at the Chick-fil-A Kickoff Games at Mercedes-Benz Stadium this fall. The series returns with defending champion University of Alabama slated to face the University of Miami on Sept. 4, and the University of Louisville playing Ole Miss on Sept. 6 (Labor Day).
Three Kickoff games, which were to mark the start of the college football season, unraveled last season due to the COVID-19 pandemic. With the downtown stadium allowing full capacity starting May 15, Peach Bowl Inc. CEO and President Gary Stokan says he expects to have over 71,000 fans back in the stands which would mark a sellout for the 12th time in the last 14 years.

This is another nice pick for the Browns. I had him mocked to the Steelers in Round 4. Hudson is a raw and athletic specimen that will need to improve his pass-protection skills. But he could be a future starter at LT once he grows into the role. Hudson will have time to gel at the next level.
Ryland B.: Hudson is an athletic, raw prospect at offensive tackle coming out of Cincinnati. It’s easy to see why people like him so much on tape, as he’s big, powerful, and a fluid athlete. He plays with good aggressiveness and drive, his mobility really shines on some reps. There are some pretty glaring issues though, as Hudson’s technique can be all over the place. Sometimes he plays too high, and he can sometimes reach too much instead of mirroring. He seems to be a bit grabby at times too. Hudson certainly has the potential to fix all of these issues and be a very good starter in the NFL, but don’t expect him to start day one.

One of the most beloved Georgia players in recent memory, Richard LeCounte has found a new home in the NFL. During his four-year career for the Dawgs, LeCounte took the field 43 times, recording 176 tackles, four forced fumbles, and eight interceptions. Starting at safety for three years, LeCounte was a leader for Georgia from an early point in his career. Throughout his time at Georgia, head coach Kirby Smart praised LeCounte’s physicality and his instincts at the safety position.

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. – The dream that Andrew Thomas and Azeez Ojulari shared in Georgia will become a reality in New Jersey.
When the Giants selected Ojulari in the second round of the NFL Draft Friday night, it reunited him with Thomas, his close friend and former roommate and teammate at the University of Georgia. They first discussed the possibility of reuniting in the NFL after Thomas was selected by the Giants in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft. When he got drafted, we thought about it, Ojulari said on a Zoom call soon after becoming a Giant. It could happen one day. So, we were like, It would be cool for us to be teammates coming from Georgia. That would be nice. And look at us now, teammates.
