Wiltshire Police prosecutor Mike Smith told Swindon Magistrates’ Court on Monday that Geddes, 56, who stopped at the scene, was interviewed about the incident in March last year. She claimed she’d looked as she was approaching the crossing but saw nothing coming. The next thing she knew the male cyclist had thrown himself at the car, she claimed.
