The pandemic-induced pause in RiNo office project groundbreakings has ended.
Bellevue, Washington-based Schnitzer West has begun work on The Current, River North a 12-story office building a block off Brighton Boulevard at 3615 Delgany St.
The project is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2023, according to its website.
Crews are active at the site, and city records show that a building permit was issued last Monday, authorizing construction of the building’s foundation. Schnitzer West and Denver-based Craft Companies purchased the 0.79-acre development site in early 2019 for $6.17 million.
Colorado Rockies game no. 39 thread: Wade Miley vs Germán Márquez

The Rockies and Reds combined for 27 hits and 21 runs in last night’s Colorado victory. The Blake Street faithful will hope for similar offensive production from their team on Friday when the Rockies face off against Wade Miley, who himself is on the heels of the finest start of his career.
Miley (4-2, 2.00 ERA) threw a no-hitter in his last start, striking out eight and allowing just one walk. After a tough 2020 season Miley’s 2021 has been in stark contrast. He leads the team in wins, ERA, WHIP (fifth place in the league in that category), and batting average against (of qualified pitchers) the Reds’ ace, without question. The season is only a month and a half in, but so far he’s been a very bright spot for Cincinnati. Miley did not face the Rockies last season.
