KALISPELL â Anthony Weimer of Columbia Falls, who was found guilty of felony criminal mischief for removing a Ten Commandments monument outside of the Flathead County Courthouse in June, has been given a deferred three-year sentence.
Court documents state that Weimer is ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $6,900 to reimburse insurance policies held by the Montana Association of Counties for damage repair work to the monument.

KALISPELL â A Columbia Falls man who was found guilty of felony criminal mischief for removing the Ten Commandments monument outside of the Flathead County Courthouse in late June has been given a deferred three-year sentence.
Court documents show that Anthony Weimer is ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $6,900 to reimburse insurance policies held by the Montana Association of Counties for damage repair work to the monument.
Flathead County District Court Judge Amy Eddy denied Weimerâs motion for a new trial.

Xavier Chenault, 22, of Sacramento, is being charged with felony negligent homicide in the death of 25-year old Steven Speer.
Individuals at the scene including Chenault indicated to officers that no fight had occurred and informed officers that Speer was intoxicated and had fallen to the ground.
A Whitefish Police Department investigation including security footage and interviews with additional witnesses found that Speer had been in an altercation with Chenault and that the victim had been knocked to the ground.

KALISPELL â The Kalispell man who has been charged with murdering his wife on Dec. 15, appeared in Flathead County District Court on Thursday.
Bradley Hillious, 34, pleaded not guilty to a charge of felony deliberate homicide for the killing of his wife, 31-year-old Amanda Hillious.
A judge reduced Bradley Hilliousâs bond was reduced from $750,000 to $500,000.
Charging documents said Flathead County Sheriffâs deputies responded to a 911 call at a residence on Willow Glenn Trail in Kalispell on Dec. 15.
Upon arrival, deputies found Bradley Hillious attempting to render aid to his is wife Amanda Hillious who was laying on the floor unresponsive.
