Firefox is getting a more native feeling on macOS
While Google Chrome, Safari, and Microsoft Edge are currently the top browsers out there, Firefox too remains a super-popular choice, with many seeing it as the only worthy alternative to the avalanche of Chromium-based apps.
This is the reason Mozilla is fully committed to improving the experience with Firefox on all platforms, and the most recent Nightly builds come with a series of refinements specifically aimed at Apple users.
In other words, Mozilla wants to make Firefox feel like home on macOS, and the Nightly builds allow the company to experiment will all kinds of improvements.
Plants, food and wellbeing fair to be held in Carlisle
More than 20 organisations are taking part in the Carlisle Plant, Food and Wellbeing Fair next month.
The free event in Bitts Park’s Victoria Gardens, has been organised by Carlisle City Council and Food Carlisle.
There will be lots of stalls in place promoting healthy living between 11am and 2pm on May 30.
Councillor Elizabeth Mallinson, Carlisle City Council’s portfolio holder for health and wellbeing, said: “Now that restrictions have been eased, we’ve organised this small-scale event to support our local communities coming out of lockdown.
“There will be around 20 stalls, with advice from composting, to growing your own produce, to taking care of your wellbeing.

Home Up update adds new Task Changer layouts and a split screen button
Several Good Lock modules have lagged behind One UI 3 before they got updated, and when they did, certain modules were changed drastically. As you might recall, Task Changer became a part of the Home Up module earlier this year, though certain features were left out in the transition. A few of those missing features are now making their way back thanks to a new update to Home Up.
Specifically, Task Changer had lost a few layout types when it was merged with Home Up, but now the latest Home Up version introduces two additional layout types as well as a couple of new options for the existing layouts.
