Everton vs Manchester City Everton will be without Dominic Calvert-Lewin again as the striker recovers from a hamstring strain
Everton s need to put Sunday s horrible performance against Fulham behind them, get back to winning ways, and revive their flagging hopes of sneaking into the top four comes up against the juggernaut that is Manchester City on Wednesday evening.
Carlo Ancelotti is preparing for this game, rescheduled following its controversial postponement last month, without Dominic Calvert-Lewin who will miss a second successive game with a hamstring problem which the manager confirmed during his pre-match press conference.
The striker injured his hamstring again during last week s FA Cup tie with Tottenham and is now hoping to recover in time for the Merseyside derby this coming weekend.

My first game at Goodison wasn t until 1974 as a 9-year-old so it s really interesting reading about football in a broad sense in earlier years from someone who was there at the time, especially from the lower leagues as they are never really reported on from those days. Chester in particular. Always had a soft spot for them as mum came from there.

Sammi Pearson, 28, from Holt had allowed extra time for her commute to Cromer when she set off at 6.20am on Sunday (February 14) but just a few minutes into the drive she became stuck in a snowdrift near High Kelling on the A148.

Its 4am and freezing. I am tip toeing downstairs so as not to wake the rest of the house. England are playing India in the first test - compulsive viewing nurtured by my Dad, who was blind from the time I was 12 years old.
Dad loved listening to the cricket on the radio, and though he moaned big time about Johnners, Blofeld and Trevor Bailey bantering about cake, secretly I think he loved all that guff. Anyhow - here I am at this ungodly hour, Dad will be snickering up in heaven at me creeping about encumbered by a passion he passed on.
