In his letter, Wanisko failed to identify himself as a member of the Phillipsburg Democratic Committee for District 5, Ward 1, and failed to mention that the library site referenced is not sponsored by the Phillipsburg Free Public Library at all. In fact, it’s operated by his fellow committee member and Treasurer, David Morrisette.
