Moreno approved the requests during a meeting at city hall with representatives of the University of the Philippines Manila, Emilio Aguinaldo College, Phinma St. Jude College and National University. The schools submitted to the city government their respective plans in holding face-to-face classes in accordance with the guidelines of the Commission on Higher Education and Department of Health. “I trust that they will follow the COVID-19 protocols,” Moreno said.
