Actress Ara Mina is now officially married to longtime partner Dave Almarinez.
Ara and Dave exchanged “I dos” in front of their respective families and loved ones in Baguio City, June 30.

Almarinez, 45, is CEO and President at the Philippine International Trading Corporation.
Ara, 42, was stunning as she wore a Leo Almodal creation, which the designer described as “intricately handcrafted and fully crystallized to perfection; from the elaborate neck piece, bodice, sleeves to the hem.”

On Feb. 10, TESDA Secretary Isidro Lapeña led the ceremonial turnover of toolkits to 30 STEP scholars from National Capital Region (NCR) in Taguig City.
“I am very happy to see all of you receiving your toolkits.I hope that you will use these to uplift your lives and help you overcome the challenges that this pandemic has brought us. Now, you can start your own livelihood and pursue a more comfortable life as envisioned by President Rodrigo Duterte,” he said in a statement.
Lapeña explained that TESDA does not only aim to train and equip Filipinos with skills they need to have a stable job or sustainable livelihood, but also provide them with tools and equipment for them to use in their practice what they have learned and start earning.

Dela Rosa lamented the slow procurement of body cameras, saying that the use of body cameras in police operations was a program that has already spanned five PNP chiefs during the administration but has yet to be fully implemented.

Dela Rosa questions PNP over ₱1 billion unspent funds

Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, January 26) Senate Public Order Committee chairman Ronald Bato Dela Rosa questioned the Philippine National Police on the 2019 Commission on Audit Report saying the agency has ₱1 billion worth of undelivered equipment.
The senator asked the question during a Senate hearing on PNP modernization on Tuesday.
Dela Rosa said based on the report, the PNP transferred ₱1.347 billion to the Philippine International Trading Corporation for the purchase of crime fighting equipment such as utility trucks and grenade launchers.
However, the report said as of 2019, only ₱311 million worth of equipment has been delivered to the PNP.
