Reply Coming to theatres and then On Demand From writer/director John Gatins and Bleeker Street comes a story of surprise, a community together and a DREAM HORSE. Husband Brian Daisy (Owen Teale) cannot believe what his wife could be thinking but finds himself building a stable in their back yard. Knowing it is going to take a flow of money to make this happen, Jan enlists the help of Howard Davies (Damian Lewis) who has some experience with horses.

Which means I probably did cry a time or two. All the better. Toni Collette, whose range allows her to convincingly play almost anything, stars as Jan Vokes, who works two jobs to stay afloat. Her husband Brian (Owen Teale), whom everyone calls Daisy, watches TV shows about animal husbandry all day, his arthritis and general ennui preventing him from finding a job.
