Smith previously served as Hill s Senior Vice President and Western Regional Manager. In addition, Hill also announced several other key promotions in the Americas. First, Gregory Heinz, current Vice President and Operations Manager, will assume Smith s previous position as Senior Vice President and Western Region Manager.
