The trial of a Sunderland teacher accused of sexual activity with a child has been adjourned.
Philip Johnston, 33, appeared for trial in April at Teesside Crown Court charged with four counts of sexual activity with a child by a person in a position of trust.
Johnston, of Hunter Terrace, Sunderland, denies all four offences, which are alleged to have taken place on Teesside.
Last week, a jury of 12 people was sworn in to try the case, TeessideLive reports.
