A man who tried to arrange the sexual abuse of girls and women in an online chatroom has been given an 18 years extended sentence.
Philippe Campbell, age 45, of King s Lynn, appeared before Norwich Crown Court on Tuesday and was jailed for 12 years with an extended period of six years on licence.
He had previously been found guilty of three counts of arranging or facilitating the commission of a child sex offence, and three counts of encouraging or assisting the commission of an offence in King s Lynn between 1 September 2019 and 18 February 2020.
A man shared photographs of women and children on the internet and encouraged others to abduct and rape them, a court has heard.

A Lynn man who sought to arrange the sexual abuse of women and girls in an online chatroom has been given an extended 18-year sentence.
Police say the digital footprint left by offenders like Phillippe Campbell means they can, and will, be brought to justice.
Campbell, 45, was sentenced at Norwich Crown Court yesterday, having previously been convicted on three counts of arranging or facilitating the commission of a child sex offence.

He was also found guilty on three charges of encouraging or assisting the commission of an offence. All the offences occurred in Lynn between September 1, 2019, and February 18 last year.
