Police: Woman found hiding in trash after Middletown liquor store burglary

MIDDLETOWN Police say two people were apprehended after fleeing from a liquor store burglary early Tuesday morning.
Police said Erica Mason, 36, a Windsor resident who has 10 convictions on her record, was arrested when she was found hiding in a garbage can after ditching the getaway car.
Nicholas Provencher, of Enfield, who is accused of breaking into The Bottle Shop, was found inside the vehicle, police said.
An officer conducting property checks around 4:20 a.m. Tuesday noticed a vehicle parked in front of the liquor store at 520 S. Main St., with its passenger door open, according to a police report.
