Hello, Mane Landers. I hope everyone had a good week as we head into a sunny weekend. I will certainly take advantage of the warm weather by walking around my apartment complex or maybe playing some golf with friends. Orlando acquired goalkeeper Brandon Austin on loan from Tottenham Hotspur of the English Premier League. The loan is for six months, with an option for an additional six months after that. The 22-year-old goalkeeper is part of the England Youth National Team pool, but has dual citizenship and won’t take up an international spot.

Orlando City has announced the acquisition of goalkeeper Brandon Austin on a six-month loan from Tottenham Hotspur.

Orlando City has acquired Brandon Austin on loan from English Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur. The 22-year-old goalkeeper joins the Lions on a six-month loan with an option for an additional six months, pending receipt of his International Transfer Certificate.
Austin was born in Hemel Hempstead, England, and holds dual citizenship from England and the United States. As such, he doesn’t take up an international spot. He made one appearance for the United States U-18 team in a friendly against Slovakia’s U-18s in 2017 and is currently a member of the England Youth National Team pool with call-ups for the England U-21 squad in October and November of 2019.

NEW CUMBERLAND The Alpha Tau Chapter (W.Va.) of Alpha Delta Kappa, International Honorary Organization for Women Educators held its January meeting through Zoom. The meeting was called to order by President Diane Bowers.
The thought for the day, “A Mighty Fortress is Our God,” was read by Chaplain Kathy Griffith. Roll call was taken, and minutes were approved as presented by Secretary Velda Icard. Treasurer Fran Jones gave the financial report and discussed the progress of the ways and means projects. No committee reports were given.
West Virginia President Pat Hardin was the special guest. She discussed upcoming events at the district, state and regional levels.

How are the Lions situated in the attacking midfield and on the wings headed into the 2021 season?
Share this story is situated entering the MLS SuperDraft later this month and the 2021 season as a whole. We’ll look at each position group and determine the relative strength of the team as we look ahead to the upcoming season. Today we’ll take a look at the attacking midfield / winger group.
Entering the season, it was understandable to think the Lions needed more help in the attacking midfield/wing group. Team captain Nani had obviously locked down the left wing spot and fellow Designated Player Mauricio Pereyra’s name was written in ink at central attacking midfield. Apart from that, there were questions.
