Top 10 Nonlethal Weapons That Are Actually Lethal
Nonlethal weapons aren’t supposed to be deadly; that’s the whole idea behind their name. Merriam-Webster’s definition for “nonlethal” even says “not capable of causing death.”
[1] Nonlethals are meant to incapacitate a target without taking their life, while still assuring that the threat is neutralized.
However, as we’re about to find out, nonlethals can be as deadly as their lethal counterparts. Some can easily be lethal despite their classification as nonlethal. Others might generally work as intended, but certain conditions can quickly turn them into deadly weapons.

An intense scramble for COVID-19 vaccines in Arizona that just weeks ago caused frustration, lineups and website problems appears over.
While there are still some areas of Arizona with a steady demand for vaccines, appointments generally are easier to find and, in some cases, not getting filled.
Part of what s happening is a shift, where doctor s offices, pharmacies
and neighborhood clinics are expected to eventually become the go-to places for the COVID-19 vaccine, rather than large-scale vaccination sites.
Data from the Arizona Department of Health Services says nearly 37% of the state had received at least one dose of COVID-19 vaccine as of Thursday, and about 24% of the state is fully vaccinated.

In a small corner filled with bright colors in Webster s Bookstore and Cafe lies Tigers Eye Vintage Clothing Store.
The vintage shop was created by owner Jenn Dashem, a 1988 Penn State alumna who graduated with a degree in integrative arts and who is a lover of unique clothing.
It was a mutual agreement between Dashem and the owner of Websterâs that Tigers Eye would be housed in the store.
âIt just seemed like it would be the perfect complement to the books and the records and the cafe â and the whole vibe of Websterâs,â Dashem said.
Dashem said she âlives forâ out of the ordinary clothing items â pieces that donât fit a typical âcookie cutterâ look.
Passionate about food and fostering community, Brian Douglas created the @psufoodscene Instagram account to promote local restaurants in the Penn State community.
Douglas, who graduated from Penn State in 2006 with a hotel and restaurant management degree, said he stayed in State College to start a family and has been a local for 17 years.
Now working in supply chain management, Douglas said he wanted to do something related to food that would also allow him to engage with other business owners.
âWhat I m trying to do is highlight food areas, eateries, diners, restaurants â anything related to food â to get them some exposure,â Douglas said.
