OMAHA, Neb.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Lindsay Corporation (NYSE: LNN), a leading global manufacturer and distributor of irrigation and infrastructure equipment and technology, today announced results for its second quarter of fiscal 2021, which ended on February 28, 2021.
Second Quarter Summary
Revenues for the second quarter of fiscal 2021 were $143.6 million, an increase of $29.8 million, or 26 percent, compared to revenues of $113.8 million in the prior year second quarter. Net earnings for the quarter were $11.9 million, or $1.08 per diluted share, compared with net earnings of $5.5 million, or $0.51 per diluted share, for the prior year second quarter.

Heritage University Helping Lower Valley Families
Heritage University in Toppenish has created a collective impact initiative as they call it known as Yakima Valley Partners for Education. The collective recently received $34,000 in grants to help families in the lower valley who are having a tough time buying food because of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
A press release says YVPE received a $15,000 grant from Save the Children. The grant was matched by Latino Community Fund at $15,000. The money will be used to buy families grocery gift cards. YVPE also partnered with Fiesta Foods which provided $3,000 and grocery cards, with Washington Broadband’s Forbes Mercy also contributing $1,000. The grants allowed YVPE to purchase and give the cards to 600 families in need.
