BRYAN, TX â On April 6, Degallery will be hosting a one-day art show featuring the International Baccalaureate seniors of Bryan High School. Come and see how talented our kids are, Degallery shared on Facebook. According to their event details, the evening will begin at 6 P.M. and admission is completely free!
The international award-winning art will be on display until 8 P.M. and IB students will be there to explain their respected pieces.

Mrs. Shirley Casey Briggs went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on March 8, 2021.
She is survived by her husband of 67 years, E. Ridley Briggs; four children, Cathy Stringer, Carol and Bruce Dunai, David and Lisa Briggs and Danny and Kim Briggs; 13 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Shirley was born on Aug. 13, 1935, in Marlin, Texas, in the home of her mother and father, Anna Catherine Beck Casey and Fred Franklin Casey.
Shirley had three older brothers who preceded her in death, James Edward Casey, Glen Allen Casey and Robert Ray Casey.
Her aunt, Buelah Mae Casey Wolfe, used to tell her how happy and excited all of the relatives were that day because Anna and Fred finally had a baby girl.

BRYAN, TX â It s celebration time Bryan, TX!
This year marks the city s 150th anniversary after being incorporated back on Nov 29, 1871. To commemorate such a special occasion, the city is looking to showcase the true story of Bryan, TX.
As part of these festivities, the city of Bryan also plans to incorporate the following activities, including:
Edward Russell Leuba passed away peacefully on Feb. 23, 2021, of natural causes, with his wife of 67 years, Millicent Chace Leuba, by his side. He was 90 years old. His mark was 90, and he reached it, after a full, productive and loving life.
Ted was born in Bryn Mawr, Penn., on March 28, 1930, the third of six children of Clarence James Leuba, for many years the chair of the Psychology Department at Antioch College, and Frances Eddy Briggs Leuba, a graduate of Bryn Mawr College. Ted grew up in Yellow Springs, Ohio, where he graduated from The Antioch School and Bryan High School. He had wonderful, clear memories of walking to school through Glen Helen Nature Preserve as a youngster, and had a deep and abiding love of nature. He was a precocious environmentalist and remained a dedicated conservationist his entire life.
