Ashghal President emphasises Authority’s commitment to success

Doha: President of Public Works Authority (Ashghal) Dr. Eng. Saad bin Ahmed Al Mohannadi emphasised the determination and eagerness of the Authority to succeed and provide the best for the State of Qatar, noting that the ‘Qatar Deserves the Best’ slogan is a goal the Authority seeks to achieve every day.
In a statement to Qatar News Agency on the occasion of Qatar National Day, the President of Ashghal extended his congratulations to Amir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Father Amir H H Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, the government and the people of Qatar, pointing out that the Authority’s vision is about a better and promising future for the State of Qatar, which it seeks to achieve with firmness, cohesion and strong will. Ashghal to complete 828km of highways by year end

Doha: The Public Works Authority (Ashghal) has completed several highways, and local road projects and infrastructure work in many areas. The operation and maintenance of road and drainage networks continue across the country as well.
By the end of 2020, 828 km of highways are expected to be completed, said Ashgal in a report on its achievements issued on the occasion of Qatar National Day.
Ashghal also announced the start of implementing many new projects within the infrastructure development programme for areas in 2020, as 203 km of roads have been developed and infrastructure for 3,399 existing and new plots of land for citizens completed across the country.
