A jaguar was the last big cat taken from Jeff and Lauren Lowe s animal park in Thackerville, Oklahoma over the weekend
In total, 68 lions, tigers, lion-tiger hybrids and jaguar were seized since last Thursday
The couple featured in last year s blockbuster Netflix docuseries Tiger King
They only opened the park after the series was released, but they were hit with multiple citations by animal inspectors
The DoJ seized the big cats following reports that the Lowes failed to provide the animals with timely veterinary care, appropriate nutrition and shelter

Tigers are not native to North America but are found in Bangladesh, Vietnam, Cambodia, India, Thailand, Indonesia, Laos, China, Malaysia, Russia, Nepal and Myanmar, according to the World Wildlife Fund.

HOUSTON Other than Berani, the Malayan tiger at the Houston Zoo, tigers aren t allowed in the city. But neighbors in one west Houston neighborhood are abuzz about one they saw briefly walk along their street Sunday night.
Police are abuzz as well, with reports indicating the tiger s owner is a man who was out on bond in connection with a 2017 murder charge. Victor Hugo Cuevas, 26, was arrested Monday night and charged with felony evading arrest after Houston police said he fled from them that morning, the police department said on Twitter.

UPDATE: The owner of the tiger has been identified as 28-year-old Victor Cuevas, according to multiple police sources, ABC13 reports. According to records, Cuevas is accused of shooting and killing a man in July 2017 and was out on a $125,000 bond. - Residents in a west Houston neighborhood had a wild encounter on Sunday, May 9. Neighbors were stunned to witness a tiger strolling around their homes at approximately 8 pm on Mother’s Day in the Highway 6 and Memorial areas.
