SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) The father of two young children who were inside a stolen van is thanking first responders and the public for helping find them after an Amber Alert was sent out on Saturday night.
The kids were reunited with their family hours after their dad s van was carjacked while he was making a DoorDash delivery in San Francisco s Pacific Heights around 8:45 p.m. Thank God, just thank God, said Jeffrey Fang.
Fang was overjoyed Sunday to hold his son, one-year old Sean, who was kidnapped along with his 4 year old sister Winnifred Saturday night. Both kids are safe and back home.
The goal is to make the vaccination process more accessible to everyone. Part of that is requiring an appointment, negotiating a web form, knowing who has access to the web forms. We just want to remove any of those barriers, Robert said.
Bayview residents said they were thankful to have a pop-up clinic nearby and hopeful it will save lives. Great relief because I’ve been trying to get it for some time now, Gladys Morffet said.
Morffet s neighbor, Emma Albert, felt the same way. She has lived in the Bayview for more than 40 years. After getting vaccinated Tuesday, she hopes her fellow neighbors will do the same.

Current projects: “The Lost Art of Dreaming,” including “The Dictionary of Joy and Pleasure” (micro-commissions to 10 artists seeking a source of pleasure for every letter of the alphabet); “Video Postcard” series
“Our most recent project, ‘Boys in Trouble,’ did sharpen focus and shift direction upon the election of the last administration. The emboldening of white supremacy and specifically proudly anti-trans, transphobic values and strategic planning by the administration meant that I really wanted our project to stand up and speak back to that.
“(‘The Lost Art of Dreaming’) also is informed by living through this last administration. We had very little time to dream or imagine or feel joy or pleasure. It felt really important and radical to begin the project during that administration to of course continue organizing, educating and fighting back but also to claim the importance of joy and pleasure and dreaming in our lives.”
