The Hills cast reunites for more New Beginnings post-pandemic

MTV announced Tuesday that The Hills: New Beginnings will return May 12 at 9 p.m. EDT. The cable network released a new trailer showing drama in the new season.
ADVERTISEMENT The Hills: New Beginnings last aired July 25, 2019. MTV reunited most of the cast of the 2006-10 reality series.
Audrina Patridge, Ashley Wahler, Brandon Thomas Lee, Brody Jenner, Frankie Delgado, Heidi Pratt, Jason Wahler, Jennifer Delgado, Justin Bobby Brescia, Kaitlynn Carter, Spencer Pratt and Whitney Port return for the new season. The Pratts met on the original series.
Caroline D Amore joins them as a new cast member, and original Hills cast member Kristin Cavallari will appear, having been absent from New Beginnings Season 1.
So close we can almost taste it! MTV dropped the first trailer for season 2 of The Hills: New Beginnings on Tuesday, April 13, and inhibitions have absolutely been released. Us Weekly confirmed in March 2020 that Kristin Cavallari, who was an original cast member on The Hills, would return to the reboot for a cameo. Though a source told Us at the time that the Very Cavallari alum, 34, would appear in “just one episode,” fans were still thrilled to see her in the trailer if only for a moment. “Kristin Cavallari coming back to The Hills is the antidepressant I needed today,” one fan wrote via Twitter after the preview was released.
