Appeal denied for man convicted in murders of Wilfred Pott and Anne Chuchmuch
The Ontario Court of Appeal has dismissed an appeal from the man convicted of killing a Thunder Bay couple in 2015.

The Ontario Court of Appeal has dismissed an appeal from the man convicted of killing a Thunder Bay couple in 2015.
Benjamin Marki was sentenced to life in prison for second degree murder in the deaths of Wilfred Pott and Anne Chuchmuch. He was given no chance of parole for 20 years

When police arrived at the a business near Norwich Avenue and Parkinson Road, officers quickly located two suspects.
A 31-year-old Woodstock woman was charged with one count each of theft and possession of property obtained by crime, and one count of drug possession.
A 35-year-old man wascharged with one count each of theft and possession of property obtained by crime, as well as failure to comply with an undertaking.
