Meet the Duo Bringing Mindfulness to Clubhouse

Every Monday and Wednesday morning, Ian Davis and Brandon Holman jump on Clubhouse for a 20-30 minute exercise they offer to the creative community to reset and tap into your highest and best self on their Mindful Creative room that has more than 200,000 followers. It s people in entertainment and in tech who are all coming into our room knowing that every Monday and every Wednesday from 9-10 a.m., there s a safe space in the app where people can meditate and unwind, says Holman, label partnerships manager at TikTok.
