Clarksburg West Virginia couple accused of smoking meth in parking lot, then leaving kids alone in running car for about 20 minutes

BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. (WV News) — A Clarksburg couple left two toddlers alone in an unlocked and running car while they smoked meth in the parking lot of the Gabriel Brothers store before going inside, Bridgeport police allege. John Brandon Green, 35, and Candy Ann Kincaid, 31, also left a pipe with presumed meth residue in it, police have alleged. A witness said the children were alone in the vehicle for about 20 minutes, police alleged. Patrol Officer Scott Toothman has charged Green and Kincaid with felony child neglect creating risk of injury. They remained jailed Friday after initial appearances before Harrison Magistrate Keith Marple.
