Investigation Launches After Woman Struck By Car In Ballymena An investigation has launched after a woman was injured father she was struck by a car just outside Ballymena on just after 8.40am on Tuesday, 13 April.
There woman was taken to hospital following the incident which happened on the Woodtown Road.
The PSNI have not ruled out the possibility of a hit and run incident.
Sergeant Jock Toal said: We believe, at this time, however, the offending vehicle may be a blue Ford Fiesta and we’re keen to hear from anyone who witnessed what happened and who may have recorded dash cam footage.

£20m Student Accommodation To Be Developed In Belfast Elkstone Partners has acquired a site on Belfast s Bradbury Place where a £20million purpose-built student accommodation and retail scheme is to be developed.
30-44 Bradbury Place is the first acquisition in Northern Ireland for the Real Estate division of the investment firm. Investigation Launches After Burning Car Abandoned On Railway Track An investigation has launched after a burning car was abandoned on a railway track near Bellarena.
The incident happened at around 7.45pm on Monday, 12 April, and the train driver was forced to make an emergency stop.
The line was closed following the incident, however it has since reopened.
Translink Group chief executive Chris Conway said: The train driver reacted quickly and thankfully brought the train to a stop safely, short of where the car was burning. The train crew ensured all safety procedures were followed with the incident swiftly reported and emergency services attended the scene.
