Detroit Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford s status for Sunday s game against the Tennessee Titans is in doubt due to a rib injury suffered late in Sunday s loss to the Green Bay Packers, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
Stafford s X-rays were negative, interim head coach Darrell Bevell said Monday, according to Brad Galli of WXYZ Detroit. This will be a deal where we ll take it to the end of the week, Bevell said, per MLive s Benjamin Raven.
The Lions initially listed Stafford as questionable to face the Packers due to a thumb ailment.
