Ramey started a local company that taught foreign language skills to children because she understands the value of bilingualism in children at an early age. She has advocated for schools to address the challenges with common core integration, covid-19 and access to education, and inclusion for all students. Her work within a school system includes addressing homeless students’ needs and advocating for assistive technology for students with disabilities.
