Taste the state
The NH Food Alliance, a statewide network supported by the UNH Sustainability Institute and dedicated to growing a thriving, fair, and sustainable local food system in the Granite State, has partnered with several local and statewide organizations to host Meet New Hampshire Makers, a virtual tasting event part of the 2021 NH Food System Statewide Gathering, on March 11 from 5:15 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. In support of local small businesses, food producers, and artisans from across New Hampshire, the virtual event will highlight short presentations from three featured makers: Wood Stove Kitchen, Winnipesaukee Woods Farm, and Wayfarer Coffee Roasters, followed by a Q&A session. From now until March 3, attendees will have the opportunity to select from a variety of Meet New Hampshire Makers tasting boxes created by the featured makers and available for purchase through the Belknap Foodshed. Andrew Mueller as CEO. Mueller is former president and CEO of Centra Health, a Lynchburg, Va., health care system consisting of four local hospital organizations, is expected to start his new position in late spring.

Camden National Wealth Management hired
Mark Andrews as senior trust officer and relationship manager. Andrews, who has 30 years of experience in wealth advisory services, was previously vice president and trust team lead at Huntington National Bank in Michigan.

The week-long celebration spins off Main Street Skowhegan s Somerset Outdoors program that encourages people to get outside and beat the blahs of the pandemic.

SKOWHEGAN Somerset SnowFest is on this year, with outdoor activities scheduled throughout the week and organized so that people may participate safely despite the pandemic. The way spectators view race events, however, will be different.
Cops charge pair with committing 3 bank robberies, attempting burglaries at 2 others

Authorities have charged two men with robbing three banks and attempting to burglarize two others in Cape May County starting late last month.
One, Edward Hulme, is accused of going into the banks, while his alleged partner, Damian Leblanc, was the getaway driver, the New Jersey State Police allege. Each is charged with crimes, including robbery, conspiracy and drug possession charges for narcotics found during their arrests.
The first heist occurred on Dec. 30, 2020, at the Sturdy Savings Bank on Route 47 in Dennisville. A man robbed the branch with a note and got into a Honda CRV, police said.
