Corporators, their supporters allegedly interfere in vaccination
Confusion over the COVID-19 vaccination continues in Pune as people struggle to get inoculated with issues ranging from scheduling appointments to standing in long queues for hours. Erratic and short supply of vaccine doses has impacted the entire drive. Apart from this,
interference by local elected representatives at
vaccination centres have given the authorities a big headache.
Many vaccination centres have been hijacked by political leaders to take credit. Supporters of the local corporator are deputed at vaccination centres and they interfere in the process. They get their known people inoculated without an appointment and it leads to a shortage for those who have an appointment.

Sustainable packaging decisions establish a firm, better-to-justify-and-defend position when founded on science, facts, and data. One of the tools that helps clarify decision-making and allows metrics-based benchmarks and comparisons for sustainable packaging is a Life-Cycle Assessment.

This reduction can be achieved by eliminating some packaging components altogether. Some examples of what can be eliminated are polybags, instruction booklets, some printed labels, etc.

Additionally, the region’s intensive care unit and hospital bed availability must be above 20 percent and there must be declining COVID-19 hospitalizations in seven out of the last 10 days.
The statewide seven-day-rolling positivity rate was 8.3 percent, as of Saturday. In Region 3 that includes Sangamon County, the seven-day-rolling positivity rate was at 8.2 percent on Thursday.
Medical professionals on the frontlines were some of the first to get inoculated for COVID-19 in Springfield last week.
