LISMORE Nobles County deputies arrested an Iowa resident Sunday night after a victim showed police a Snapchat message of a picture with a gun and a bullet, with the victim s name written on the bullet.
The message was sent Saturday. On Sunday, the victim called 9-1-1 to report that the same person, identified as Benjamin Kramer, 23, of Larchwood, Iowa, was trespassing at their rural Lismore home.
By the time officers arrived at the residence, Kramer had reportedly taken off on a four-wheeler. They used the victim s Snapchat Map app to locate Kramer and question him.
